Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty as a customer of J Trust Bank. We also sincerely appreciate your participation in the TORA Green Savings and TORA Blue Ocean Savings programs.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our programs and improve our services, we will be making changes to our donation recipient partners. Moving forward, donations will be distributed more broadly to various organizations and initiatives dedicated to environmental conservation and marine ecosystem protection.
In line with this development, we will be restructuring the savings products used in these programs into two dedicated savings products, each with clearer features and benefits tailored to you. Previously, the TORA Green Savings and TORA Blue Ocean Savings programs utilized the TORA Savings Product, and any customer benefits reverted to the standard TORA Savings terms upon program completion. With this change, customers will continue to enjoy the benefits of the Green Savings and Blue Ocean Savings accounts going forward.

REGARDING THE TRANSITION TO THE NEW SAVINGS PRODUCTS
Customers currently enrolled in the TORA Green Savings or TORA Blue Ocean Savings programs will automatically be transitioned to the new savings products as follows:
- TORA Green Savings Program participants will be moved to the Green Savings Account.
Donation Recipient: Moving forward, donations will be directed to organizations or activities focused on environmental conservation. - TORA Blue Ocean Savings Program participants will be moved to the Blue Ocean Savings Account.
Donation Recipient: Waste4 Moving forward, donations will be directed to organizations or activities focused on the protection of marine ecosystems.

Confirmation deadline: Wednesday, September 10, 2025
If we do not receive your confirmation by the deadline, your account will be automatically transferred to the new product on Friday, September 12, 2025, without affecting your account balance or rights as a customer.
Note: If you choose not to switch, the benefits such as special interest rates and donations will end, and your account will receive the standard TORA Savings interest rate.
