In accordance with OJK Regulation number 39/POJK.03/2019 dated December, 19th 2019 concerning on the Implementation of Anti-Fraud Strategies for Commercial Banks as a substitute of SE BI number 13/28/DPNP dated December, 9th 2011 Regarding Implementation of Anti-Fraud Strategies for Commercial Banks, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. has determined that all employees are required to have 3 No's behavior, which are No Delays, No Errors, and No Fraud (not committing fraud), those are the implementation of anti-fraud culture with "No Fraud Tolerance" as the motto.
Furthermore, in the context of implementing an anti-fraud strategy, especially in fraud prevention and detection area and in order to established cooperation in revealing fraud and conflicts of interest, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (Bank) expects the support of employees, customers and partners in realizing its goal of becoming the trusted bank chosen by the community.

Furthermore, we hope for cooperation and active role of employees, customers and partners in conveying information (Whistleblowing), if in corresponding with the Bank there are things including: Fraudulence / Swindling, Thievery, Assets Embezzlement, Leaking of Information, Banking Crimes, Money Laundering, Gratuities, and other actions that are associated with fraud.
Reports on fraud indications are expected and willing to state the identity of the reporter so that it can make it easier to follow up on the report, thus reports that clearly state the identity of the reporter will be prioritized for immediate follow-up.
Protection for the whistleblowers
The Bank is committed to protecting fraud reporters who have good intentions and willing to comply with all relevant laws and regulations as well as best practices that applied to the implementation of the Whistleblowing System.
For reports that are proven its validity, the bank will provide protection for the reporter. The protection which is provided for whistleblowers are:
• Confidentiality Guarantee of the reporter's identity and the contents of the submitted report
• Protection Guarantee against the detrimental treatment of the reporter
• Protection Guarantee from the possibility of threats, intimidation, punishment or other unpleasant actions by the reported party.
If based on the investigation results it is proven that the reported party is committed fraud / violation, the Decision Officials will impose sanctions in accordance with the applicable regulations.
