J Trust Bank Establishes Cooperation with PT DAX Jaya Indonesia for Housing in Eastern Indonesia

Makassar, March 30, 2022 PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) is building a strategic partnership with housing developers as part of the company's commitment to making it easy for Indonesians to own affordable and high-quality landed houses with Japanese standards.

 

On this occasion, J Trust Bank collaborated with PT DAX Jaya Indonesia (DAX), to housing loan program (KPR) Sakura Village in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The signing of the cooperation was carried out by the President Director of J Trust Bank Ritsuo Fukadai accompanied by the Director of J Trust Bank R. Djoko Prayitno the President Director of PT DAX Jaya Indonesia Hirasaki Mamoru accompanied by the Director of PT DAX Jaya Indonesia Ryo Koyama.

 

Having an environmentally friendly concept that is a future lifestyle, Sakura Village has the advantage of tap water that is suitable for direct consumption. This is because all residential units are equipped with Japanese technology water purifiers.

 

The construction of Phase 1 of Sakura Village has 142 units of landed residential areas, consisting of 40 units of 41 house-type, 63 units of 50 house-type, 24 units of 70 house-type, and 15 shophouses with a price range of IDR 500 million to IDR 600 million. As additional information, currently, 41 house-type has been sold out due to high public demand.

 

President Director of PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk Ritsuo Fukadai said J Trust Bank is optimistic that the property sector, especially landed housing, continues to improve as conditions recover after the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, J Trust Bank believes that the collaboration with DAX will have a positive impact on the company's business as well as on people who want to own a residence with an investment value.

 

"We believe that with a very competitive, affordable rate and a financing period of up to 30 years, the J Trust Bank KPR  program will make it easier for people who want to own high-value properties to suit their future lifestyle," said J Trust Bank President Director Ritsuo Fukadai.
