Jakarta, August 1, 2024 - PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk won awards at the Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award 2024, for four prestigious categories: The Best Emerging HR Strategy, The Best in Team Building Engagement, The Best in Employer Branding & Talent Management, and The Best CEO Committed HC of The Year 2024. The awards were held by First Indonesia Magazine in Jakarta on August 1, 2024.
Since 2022, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk has recorded profits in the Financial Statements, which cannot be separated from effective and optimal human resource management (HR). This achievement motivated J Trust Bank's Human Capital Division to participate in the 2024 Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award Competition, winning 4 (four) different categories.
J Trust Bank's EVP Human Capital & Corporate Secretary, Ong Pey Fang, explained, "This award is a true testament to our commitment in developing an excellent HR strategy. We continuously strive to create a collaborative work environment and support the growth of each employee."
As of December 2023, the number of J Trust Bank employees is 913 individuals with a composition of male and female employees 51% to 49%.
