The program is officialy launched by J Trust Bank President Director Ahmad Fajar with Board of Directors and EVP, attended by Branch managers, Division heads, and departement heads of J Trust Bank. The management hope that these long distance learning system can be accessed by all employee in Indonesia, so the employee can increased it skills faster and evenly. This is inline with one of Bank commitment to have continous innovation to be the best in class bank from Human Resource quality and also it's service to customer.
