Signing Ceremony of J Trust Bank & PT ALKA (Perumnas IIDA Group)

Jakarta, 02 November 2021, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) signed a cooperation agreement with PT Abdiluhur Kawuloalit (ALKA), to finance housing ownership (mortgage loan) in the Reiwa Town in Sawangan, Depok. The signing of the cooperation was carried out by J Trust Bank President Director Ritsuo Fukadai with J Trust Bank R Director Djoko Prayitno and ALKA President Director Hakiki Sudrajat with Director Kenichiro Watanabe.

Along with the success of the management and handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, J Trust Bank is optimistic that the property sector, especially landed housing, will begin to grow again. Therefore, through the J Trust KPR with mainstay features, namely a very competitive, affordable rate and a financing period of up to 30 years, J Trust Bank's commitment to support the recovery of the Indonesian economy, especially in the property sector and the provision of quality housing.

Reiwa Town is a project in Depok City, Sawangan District, which is handled by Iida Sangyou who is the largest single-house seller in Japan, with a construction area of about 25 ha. It is planned to develop 1,650 buildings including commercial facilities. Currently, 121 buildings are ready for sale. Strong CB's unique method brought from Japan has been patented in Indonesia, and its earthquake resistance and frame strength are based on Japanese standards, making it a peaceful home to live in in the future.

In addition, this collaboration strengthens J Trust Bank's contribution to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 11, namely "Sustainable Cities and Communities" where J Trust Bank supports and provides convenience for Indonesian people to have Japanese-standard housing, namely construction. buildings that are resilient to earthquake disasters so that they become residential dwellings that provide a sense of security and calm.
