Supporting National Health Development, J Trust Bank Participates in Women's Health Check-up Event

28 Aug 2025

Jakarta, August 28, 2025 – As a form of concern for public health, especially for women, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) actively participated in a Women's Health Check-up event from August 26-28, 2025, at the Sahid Sudirman Center Building.

This program included IVA, HPV DNA, and Pap Smear examinations, and was open to all female occupants of the Sahid Sudirman Center Building. The event was a collaboration between the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office, the Tanah Abang Community Health Center (Puskesmas), and Kimia Farma, facilitated by the Sahid Sudirman Center building management.

According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, cancer is the leading cause of death among women. In Indonesia, the cancer incidence rate ranks 8th in Southeast Asia and 23rd in Asia. Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer found in Indonesian women, after breast cancer.

This activity serves as a concrete step in supporting national health development, particularly through early detection efforts to enhance the quality of individual health. This is especially vital for women, who play important roles in both their families and organizations.

Through this event, it is hoped that women's awareness of the importance of regular health check-ups will increase. With early detection, prevention and treatment can be administered more quickly, thereby preserving the long-term quality of life for women.
