Jakarta, March 23, 2025 – In the spirit of giving meaning to and strengthening ties in the holy month of Ramadan, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) together with the J Trust Muslim Family held a Ramadan Event “Breaking the Fast Together and Handover of Orphanage Assistance” on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Sahid Sudirman Center, Jakarta. This event was held in collaboration with J Trust Bank and LAZNAS Sahabat Yatim as part of the commitment to implement corporate social responsibility.
On this occasion, 28 orphans and poor children were invited to break their fast together and receive assistance as a form of J Trust Bank’s concern and support for the welfare of vulnerable children. The handover symbolic of assistance was carried out by the President Director of J Trust Bank, Ritsuo Fukadai, accompanied by the Directors of J Trust Bank, Helmi A. Hidayat and R. Djoko Prayitno, to representatives from LAZNAS Sahabat Yatim, Eka Citra Saputra and the children present.
The event was also enlivened by the performance of Shania Diva Idola Cilik, a talented young singer, and the chanting of shalawat from the Istiqomah hadroh group. The event was also filled with tausiyah by Ustadz H. Muslihan Ibnu Ikhwan, M. Kom. I., who delivered a message about the virtue of sharing in the month of Ramadan.
Not only that, J Trust Bank also participated in the Yatim Shopping program organized by LAZNAS Sahabat Yatim on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Cahaya Department Store, Bintaro. This activity aims to provide happiness for 400 orphans and poor children in welcoming Eid al-Fitr.
