Jakarta, November 28, 2024 – J Trust Bank has once again proven its commitment to supporting children's education and welfare through an inspiring field trip activity with children from the Pondok Taruna Orphanage in Cipayung, East Jakarta. This activity is designed to provide a memorable learning and playing experience for children living in the orphanage.
A total of 35 children aged 6-12 years from the Pondok Taruna Orphanage participated in the event entitled "A Happy Day with J Trust Bank". Through this activity, it is hoped that children can not only enjoy time together, but also broaden their horizons through educational and fun first-hand experiences.
The event began with an activity that allowed children to express their creativity through a coloring session of six cute J Trust Bank Jaya mascot characters, Tobi, Ratna, Ulfa, Sangga, and Tiara through an interesting animation screening.
This field trip activity took place at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta. The children were invited to explore the IPTEK Museum, where they could see various interactive props that introduced the concepts of science and technology in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. In addition, they also visited the Indonesian Museum, which enriched their knowledge about the culture and richness of the archipelago's traditions.
In addition to the educational visit, J Trust Bank also provided a donation to help cover the operational costs of the Pondok Taruna Orphanage in meeting the needs of the children living there.
Mrs. Ana, the administrator of the Pondok Taruna Orphanage, expressed her gratitude for J Trust Bank's support. "The children were very happy, especially since this was their first time participating in a group outing to TMII. I hope this activity can bring them happiness as well as provide an opportunity to see the outside world, because most of them rarely leave the orphanage environment,"
With this activity, J Trust Bank hopes to commit to continuing to make a positive contribution to society, especially in improving the quality of life of children in need. J Trust Bank believes that every child is valuable for the future of the Indonesian nation.
