JAKARTA, September 4, 2026 – In commemoration of National Customer Day 2026, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) organized an integrated health screening program offering complimentary Mini Medical Check-Up (MCU) services dedicated exclusively to its loyal customers. This strategic initiative serves as a tangible expression of appreciation for the continuous trust and loyalty demonstrated by customers, while reinforcing J Trust Bank’s commitment to delivering a meaningful and value-added banking experience.
In executing this program, J Trust Bank collaborated with Asuransi Simas Jiwa, its strategic bancassurance partner for insurance protection products. In line with its spirit of continuous service quality improvement, the Mini MCU facilities were rolled out across 5 (five) selected branch offices: Main Branch (KC) Jakarta – Sudirman, Medan – Putri Hijau, Pontianak – Juanda, Pangkalpinang – Sudirman, and Bali – Kuta.
This complimentary health screening facility was available to the first 20 loyal customers visiting each designated branch. The comprehensive screening package covered essential health parameters, including blood pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI), cholesterol levels, random blood glucose (RBG), and uric acid. To ensure a holistic understanding of their health, customers also participated in a brief medical consultation session with professional healthcare practitioners to review their screening results.
In addition to promoting awareness regarding the importance of physical wellness amid customers' daily routines, J Trust Bank simultaneously distributed additional tokens of appreciation in the form of hampers across its entire network of 48 branch offices on September 4, 2026.
