The Launching of J Trust Bank Virtual Assistant

PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (J Trust Bank) launched the Virtual Assistant Lily service, in collaboration with PT Sprint Asia Technology (Sprint) in Jakarta on Friday, October 12, 2018.

Virtual Assistant Lily, one of the characters from the idol group Moe, is a 24-hour customer service, based on artificial intelligence technology, to facilitate customers in getting information about J Trust Bank's banking products and services. Virtual Assistant Lily can be accessed through LINE and Telegram applications.

The launching of J Trust Bank Virtual Assistant was also attended by Director of J Trust Bank Helmi A. Hidayat and Felix I. Hartadi, and Managing Director of Sprint Setyo Harsoyo.
