PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (J Trust Bank) agreed to sign the partnership agreement with Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) from Ministry of Home Affairs. The signing ceremony was held in Jakarta, Friday, December 28, 2018, attended by Directors of J Trust Bank Felix I. Hartadi and Helmi A. Hidayat, Director of Data and Document Utilization Facility of Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration Agency Gunawan MA.
J Trust Bank along with seven financial service institutions collaborated with Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration Agency in utilizing population data, such as electronic KTP, NIK and other population data in an effort to improve services and prevent crime to customers. This partnership is also synergy between the government and the private sector in supporting the acceleration of the implementation of the Single Identity Number program.
