J Trust Bank and The Saikyo Bank, Ltd. Signed an Agreement to Support Business in Indonesia.

On October 10, 2023, PT Bank J Trust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) announced its official collaboration with The Saikyo Bank, Ltd. (Saikyo Bank), a financial institution based in the city of Shunan, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. The inauguration ceremony was held at the J Trust Bank's Jakarta head office and was attended by the management teams of both banks.

 

Through this collaboration, J Trust Bank and Saikyo Bank are committed to opening access and connecting Japanese business actors with business actors in Indonesia so that they can help develop their businesses in Indonesia. Apart from supporting business development, the collaboration between J Trust Bank and Saikyo Bank also provides solutions to various business challenges at the global level related to capital needs and financial transaction service systems.

 

President Director of J Trust Bank, Ritsuo Fukadai said "J Trust Bank and Saikyo Bank Co., Ltd., realize the potential for high economic growth in Indonesia due to the large population and increasing number of middle-income people.

 

This collaboration aims to expand business opportunities and improve the welfare of Indonesian society through the integration of Japanese banking expertise.”

 

On the same occasion, Ken Matsuoka, the President Director of The Saikyo Bank, Ltd., expressed his happiness over the collaboration with J Trust Bank to help The Saikyo Bank, Ltd.'s business partners expand to Indonesia. He believes that Indonesia has great potential for sustainable growth in the domestic market and is expected to surpass Japan in terms of GDP by 2050.
