Banjarmasin, November 14, 2025 — PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank), through its Banjarmasin Branch Office (KC), has been awarded third place in the category of 'Best Strategic Partner in QRIS Transaction Expansion Innovation' at the Antasari Festival organized by Bank Indonesia (BI) South Kalimantan Province.
The award was presented on Friday, November 14, 2025, by the Head of Bank Indonesia Representative Office for South Kalimantan Province, Fadjar Majardi, and was received by Banjarmasin Branch Manager, Joshua Catur Putra Thio, representing J Trust Bank Management.
This award recognizes J Trust Bank's active role and participation in the Antasari Festival 2025, initiated by Bank Indonesia South Kalimantan Province. It serves as an appreciation for the synergy among all stakeholders in driving the digital economic and financial ecosystem.
Joshua Catur Putra Thio, Branch Manager of J Trust Bank Banjarmasin, stated that J Trust Bank's participation is a concrete step to support BI's program in expanding the use of QRIS in the future. Furthermore, this participation reflects J Trust Bank's commitment to providing exceptional service to all its customers by offering transaction convenience through introducing the features and benefits of J MOBILE, J Trust Bank's mobile banking application service.
Since commencing operations on May 15, 2025, J Trust Bank KC Banjarmasin has recorded continuous growth in customers and QRIS usage. As of October this year, a significant increase of 330.77% was recorded.
J Trust Bank Banjarmasin also targets to increase the number of 'cashless society' customers by actively introducing cashless transactions via QRIS and presenting various attractive programs to enhance financial literacy and customer loyalty.
From July to October 2025, J Trust Bank Banjarmasin successfully held 5 (five) gathering events to expand QRIS transactions and socialize the use of J MOBILE. These events featured different themes and collaborations with BI, MSME players, art and creative workers, and healthcare service companies. All attending customers appeared very enthusiastic in following the entire series of events organized by J Trust Bank, thanks to the creative and engaging packaging of the activities.
