Bekasi, August 24, 2022. PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) signed a cooperation agreement with Greenwoods Group to finance housing ownership in the residential area of "Citaville Pilar Cikarang" Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java and "Citaville Parung Panjang" Parung Panjang, Bogor, West Java. The signing of the collaboration was carried out by J Trust Bank President Director Ritsuo Fukadai with J Trust Bank Director R. Djoko Prayitno and Greenwoods Group CEO Okie Imanto Wijaya and Greenwoods Group Director Michael Sugiharto.
As economic and social conditions recover due to the successful handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, J Trust Bank is optimistic that the property sector, especially the demand for landed houses this year, will increase again. Citaville housing itself is a project from Greenwoods for the entry level market segment and young people.
In response to this, J Trust Bank is ready to support through a home ownership loan (KPR) product with a very competitive, affordable rate, and a special financing period of up to 30 years. Greenwoods Group CEO, Okie Imanto said that Greenwoods first developed a project with the Citaville brand located in Cikarang in 2016, the second was developed in Parung Panjang in 2019, and the third was developed at Pilar Cikarang at the end of 2021. Going forward the Greenwoods project with the Citaville brand, it is targeted to be in several big cities in Indonesia to meet the market for the home needs of young and millennial families who are very concerned about modern and dynamic design concepts and quality of life.
