J Trust Bank Blood Donation Social Activities

01 Nov 2023

Jakarta, 30 October 2023 - Based on World Health Organization standards, the minimum need for blood in a country is 2% of the population, therefore the Indonesian government continues to make various efforts to encourage people to donate blood, considering the availability of blood in health facilities and meeting blood needs relies heavily on community participation.

In response to this, J Trust Bank, supported by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Sukabumi Regency and the Sahid Sudirman Center, held a blood donation activity on Monday, October 30 2023. Participants in this activity were employees of J Trust Bank and employees of other tenants/general.

This blood donation is held routinely twice a year as one of J Trust Bank's commitments to corporate social responsibility programs, especially in the social pillar. This activity has become an important part of J Trust Bank's corporate culture to make a positive contribution to society. A total of 155 donors attended showing enthusiasm and a spirit of togetherness in supporting this humanitarian activity. On this occasion, participants were also given free eye examination services and blood-boosting vitamins presented by Central PMI partners.
