J Trust Bank Refreshed The Board Members, outcome of General Shareholder Meeting.

Jakarta, June 30th 2016. PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (JTrust Bank) helds Annual General Shareholder Meeting (AGSM) and Extraordinary General Shareholder Meeting (EGSM).  Some of the major decision by the meeting Is approval of 2015 Annual Report and Board of Commissioner Supervisory Report in the AGSM, along with changes in the company’s board members.

 

In an effort to refresh the organization, shareholders approve the appointment of Yosuke Tanaka and Helmi Arief Hidayat as Directors, meanwhile Shigeyoshi Asano, Mahdi Mahmudy, and Kwik Ing Hie as Commissioner.  Therefore, the new J Trust Bank full board members are as follows:

  • President Director :Ahmad Fajar
  • Director :Felix Istyono Hartadi Tiono
  • Director :Ritsuo Ando
  • Director :Yosuke Tanaka*
  • Director :Helmi Arief Hidayat*

 

  • President Commissioner :Nobiru Adachi
  • Commissioner : Shigeyoshi Asano*
  • Commissioner (Independent) : Benny Luhur
  • Commissioner (Independent) : Mahdi Mahmudy*
  • Commissioner (Independent) :Kwik Ing Hie*

 

J Trust Bank President Director Ahmad Fajar states that change in the company’s board member is a refreshing step to strengthen the management structure to face future business dynamics and economy. The new board of directors and commissioners will compliments incumbent member, and as a commitment from shareholders to support the company’s expanding business.
