Jakarta, 29 June 2022 - PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) signed a cooperation agreement with PT Springhill Mizumi Serpong, to finance the ownership of housing in the "Springhill Yume Lagoon" residential area in Cisauk, Serpong, Tangerang. The signing of the collaboration was carried out by J Trust Bank President Director Ritsuo Fukadai with J Trust Bank Director R. Djoko Prayitno and Springhill Group Chief Operation Officer (COO) AH Mahendra with representatives from Hankyu Hanshin Properties, Kansei Shoda.
2022 is predicted to be a momentum for the revival of the property sector. Market interest in landed houses is rebound and developers continue to provide residential according to market appetite.
