J Trust Bank frontliner has reached third place of Service Star Indonesia as well as Best National Frontliner in The National Customer Service Championship 2016 on Jakarta last Thursday (9/29). The competition in its 12th year is held by Care-CCSL as benchmark, assessing, appreciation, and competition event for frontliners of respected companies in Indonesia.
J Trust Bank entered the competition for the first time this year in an effort to increase customer service quality and in the spirit of 2016 Customer Day. The competition is judged by panelist of expert using assessment, interview, study case, teamwork challenge, role play, games character, teambuilding, performance review and other means. Sindy Pratiwi, J Trust Bank frontliner from Tanah Abang branch got into the final and reached 3rd national position competiting with other representatives from BCA Bank, Permata Bank, BJB Bank, DKI Bank, Garuda Indonesia, Matahari Group, BPJS, and other respected companies.
