PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (J Trust Bank) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) at Sakura Function Room, Sahid Sudirman Center, Jakarta on Thursday, June 27, 2019. A number of important decisions have been taken at this AGM, including: approval and ratification of the annual report and the company's financial statements for the 2018 financial year. In addition, the AGMS also approved changes in the company's management composition. Therefore, the updated J Trust Bank's board members are as follows:
