Thursday, September 29, 2022. Indonesia TOP Digital PR Award, an award initiated by INFOBRAND.ID together with TRAS N CO INDONESIA a company that focuses on research and brand development in Indonesia. On this occasion, as the eighth times event, the TOP Digital Public Award was held again in 2022.
In particular, the Indonesia TOP Digital PR Award is dedicated to listed companies that are successful in communicating, engaging, and creating positive perceptions in the eyes of the public and stakeholders through digital means or the internet.
Based on the research results of the Indonesia Top Digital PR Index 2022, PT Bank JTrust Indonesia, Tbk won the Indonesia Top Digital PR Award 2022.
The 2022 Top Digital PR Index research was conducted in June – August 2022, on more than 787 issuer companies and 509 non-issued companies from various industries in Indonesia using 3 digital assessment parameters, namely:
Digital Media Aspect (50%)
This parameter measures the amount of digital media coverage of companies that are captured through keyword search engines
Digital Sentiment Aspect (30%)
This parameter determines how much positive and negative news dominates a company by referring to the 5 main pages of the news search engine as many as 50 news stories.
Digital Awareness Aspect (20%)
This parameter measures the number of reviews related to the company in digital media through search engines and also measures the number of internet users who search for company keywords on an average per month.
