J Trust Bank Opens and Inaugurates 48th Branch Office in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan

Banjarmasin, May 15, 2025 - PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) continues to expand its service coverage in Indonesia through the inauguration of the Banjarmasin Branch Office (KC) as the 48th branch office.

 

Located on Jalan Ahmad Yani KM 1 No.2, the inauguration of the J Trust Bank branch office was attended by the Representative of the Banjarmasin City Government – Regional Secretary of Banjarmasin City, Mr. Ikhsan Budiman; Representative of the Financial Services Authority of South Kalimantan Province – Deputy Director of Supervision of Financial Services Institutions, Aris Budiman; Head of Bank Indonesia Representative for South Kalimantan Province Fadjar Majardi; along with J Trust Bank Commissioner, Nobuiku Chiba and J Trust Bank's EVP of Retail Bank, Lukas Djoesianto.

For information, as of March 2025, J Trust Bank again recorded a positive performance by posting a net profit of IDR 87.83 billion in the First Quarter of 2025 Financial Statements or grew 99.56 percent Year-on-Year (YoY) from the position in the first quarter of 2024 of IDR 44.02 billion.  The catalyst in the performance improvement was triggered by gross credit growth to IDR 28.24 trillion from the previous IDR 26.10 trillion or grew 8.18 percent YoY (Year-on-Year). Meanwhile, the acquisition of third-party funds (DPK) also grew to IDR 34.45 trillion from IDR 33.53 trillion or by 2.74 percent YoY in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter of 2024.

 

J Trust Bank's credit growth pushed interest income to increase to IDR 735.22 billion in the first quarter of 2025 from IDR 724.54 billion in the first quarter of 2024 or grew 1.47 percent YoY.

 

 

 

 

 

J Trust Bank was also able to record significant growth in other Total Operating Income in the first quarter of 2025 to IDR 93.03 billion from IDR 16.13 billion in the first quarter of 2024 or grew 476.63% YoY. This condition ultimately made J Trust Bank able to record Net Profit growth in the first quarter of 2025.

 

J Trust Bank's capital and liquidity position is also still quite strong in the first quarter of 2025 with a Capital Adequacy Ratio of 13.08 percent and a Liquidity Adequacy Ratio of 128.35 percent, which shows that the Bank is in a good position to continue to grow sustainably.

 

Not only maintaining business performance, J Trust Bank also continues to increase its commitment to the implementation of the company's sustainability aspects, one of which is through its flagship program, TORA Blue Ocean Savings.
