Collaboration between J Trust Bank and The First Stone to Promote Property Ownership through Green Living

Tangerang, 7 March 2024 – J Trust Bank and PT Mentari Abadi Sentosa have signed a collaboration to finance property ownership through homeownership credit (KPR) products for The First Stone housing project. The collaboration aims to encourage green living and property ownership in Indonesia.

 

The residential project, located in the Serpong-Tangerang area, combines the advantages of the green living concept, including green open spaces, modern and efficient house designs, and integrated development with the city center. The First Stone project prioritizes sustainability and easy access to provide an environment that offers both comfort and convenience.

 

The First Stone is a green living housing project with a land area of 27 hectares, presenting a modern house design with a natural and beautiful feel for families. The project offers quality, comfortable housing at more affordable prices and is equipped with a one-gate security system, card access system, underground electrical installations, and complementary facilities such as a fitness gym, swimming pool, basketball court, and jogging track facilities that surround the lake and garden.

 

The First Stone is prepared for all generations who want to own premium quality housing, very suitable for long-term investment in property with very affordable prices starting from IDR 1 billion with a handover period of 18 months.

 

In line with this, the Senior Executive Vice President of J Trust Bank, Saptono A. Irawan, said that green-oriented housing financing is an innovation that is in line to overcome climate change and implement sustainability aspects. To encourage public enthusiasm, J Trust Bank has prepared superior KPR products with very competitive, affordable rates and special financing terms of up to 30 years.
