Value today means purchase or sale of foreign currency in exchange for another (foreign) currency on this day with same day delivery as the transaction date.

Forex

FX transactions are sale/purchase transactions executed in cash or futures between two (2) currencies with delivery of funds according to agreement. Types of transactions conducted are among others:

Today

A transaction with the same settlement date as the same day when the transaction is conducted at which time the transaction is carried out, whereby it is not a public holiday in the country where the transaction was initiated.

Tomorrow

A transaction with transaction settlement date 1 (one) business day after the transaction took place in the country where the transaction was initiated.

Spot

A transaction with settlement date 2 (two) business days from the date of the transaction.

FX Forward

A transaction with settlement date more than 2 (two) business days from the foreign exchange transaction date.
