TabunganKu refers to a personal bank account with cheap requirements and joint supports by many banks in Indonesia to encourage savings habit therefore better welfare.

  • Personal/business account.
  • IDR Account.
  • Identity Card such as KTP, Student ID Card.
  • Complete the Form:
    • - Clients Data (for new Clients)
    • - Account Opening (according to Clients' product preference)
  • Complete and sign Signature Speciment.
  • Indonesian citizen.
  • No monthly fee.
  • Initial cash deposit minimum Rp20.000,00
  • Minimum deposit Rp10.000,00.
  • Minimum withdrawal Rp 100.000,- except upon closing an account.
  • Deposit & Withdrawal available at all J Trust Bank branches.
  • Unlimited monthly withdrawal.
  • Minimum balance requirement (after withdrawal) is Rp 20.000,-.
  • Interest rate:
    • - Rp 0,00 - Rp500.000,00 - zero interest
    • - Above Rp500.000,00 - to Rp1.000.000,00 - 0.25% / annum
    • - Above Rp1.000.000,00 - 1% / annum
  • Dormant account (Non-functioning continuously for 6 months).
  • Dormant account penalty Rp2.000,00 per month.
  • In case of the balance ≤ Rp20.000,00 , the account will be closed automatically and any remaining balance will be used to pay the closing fee.
  • Normal closing fee Rp20.000,00.
  • Account closing available only at the opening branch.
  • Printed statements on Passbook.
  • J Trust Bank ATM Card is not applicable.
  • Stamp duty when opening and closing an account.
  • Transfer and payment.
  • Tax on savings interest according to the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Account closing available only at the opening branch and shall be applied by the account holder.
  • Have a regular printed statement of your savings account.
  • Passbook replacement may be requested at any J Trust Bank branches. In the event of lost passbook, request shall be accompanied with Lost Property Report from the police.
  • This type of savings account cannot be opened in multiple branches, this means one customer one branch.
  • Non-functioning of a bank account continuously for 6 months brings it in the category of non-operative ( Dormant Account ).
  • In case of any discrepancy between the entries in the Passbook and Bank Records, the latter shall prevail.
