Complete the Form:
- Customer Data (for new Customer)
- Account Opening (according to customer's product preference)
Complete and sign Signature Speciment.
For business, the requirements are copy of the company's deed of incorporation and its amendment, business licenses (SIUP, TDP), TIN (NPWP), company's domicile certificate, management member data and their Identity Card (KTP), relevant ministerial decisions, etc.
Account closing available only at the opening branch and shall be applied by the account holder.
Have a regular printed statement of your savings account.
Passbook replacement may be requested at any J Trust Bank branches. In the event of lost passbook, request shall be accompanied with Lost Property Report from the police.
Maintain the confidentiality of Personal Identification Number (PIN) of J Trust Debit Card and care with the card.
J Trust Debit Card shall be at the customer's possesion and shall not be handed over to any other person.
Customer shall sign the back side of the J Trust Debit Card (J Trust Bank ATM Card).
In case of lost card, captured by ATM, or failed transaction, do the followings:
Contact J Trust Call Center at 1500 615 to request card blocking or confirmation. This is to ensure any misuse by other parties.
Request replacement for lost/captured card to the nearest J Trust Bank branch.
In case of lost card, request shall be accompanied with Lost Property Report from the police.
Failed transaction may be reported to any J Trust Bank Branch by completing the form provided for customer complaint and failed transaction claim.
Non-functioning of a bank account continuously for 6 months brings it in the category of non-operative ( Dormant Account ).
In case of any discrepancy between the entries in the Passbook and Bank Records, the latter shall prevail.
